decent location and some heat issues

the hotel location was quite convenient. i found it easy to reach from the railway station, a walk of about 10 minutes. metro stations were also nearby, and the central attractions were within walking distance. i appreciated the friendly and helpful reception staff.
the room was uncomfortably warm. i discovered the air conditioning is only available during the summer months. the system is turned off for the entire building in winter. also, the pillows were lumpy, and there were two single beds pushed together with different mattress heights.

the location was very convenient near the train station. friendly staff helped me with directions. my little star room included a smart tv and a spacious shower (very important for me).
the bar was closed one night with a sign. another night, the receptionist said she wouldn't serve drinks. she then slammed her pen and stormed into the bar. the step in the bar was the same color as the floor, so it was easy to trip on it.
